The group’s branding represents the diversity and very talented women in business of Lismore. The name, font and colours selected reflect the modern edge, yet femininity and strength of members.
Campaign: Branding and launch
Objectives: To brand the popular women in business networking group in Lismore, which has approximately 300 members and each month around 50-60 women attend the meetings. The branding needed to represent a wide variety of women and their businesses, and create an identity for the group that positioned all of these women as savvy and professional yet with a feminine edge.
Katie, along with Sharon Dowling of the Professionals Lismore and Rebekka Battista of Our Kids got the group’s branding under way, with the talents of Erin Louise Wilson, graphic artist/designer and photographer creating the gorgeous logo.
This was a pro-bono project for Cake Marketing.
Results: The launch had a whopping 70 women crammed into La Baracca Cafe in Lismore to unveil the new branding, with women getting together to have their pictures taken in front of the branded banner. Since then, the Facebook page has been launched with over 145 members (and counting) and the website to come!
